Our diaphragm safety valves, which can also be used outside Germany with the same nominal inlet and outlet sizes, offer a reliable solution for the effective protection of closed heating systems. These valves are characterised by their robust full-metal construction, which has been specially developed for the requirements of hot water and heating systems.
Our diaphragm safety valves are unique in that they are designed entirely without plastic parts. This special feature makes them particularly suitable for applications in environments with high temperatures. The durability and reliability of these valves in demanding operating conditions offer unrivalled safety for your heating systems.
connection types- Internal pipe thread
- CHP units (combined heat and power plants)
- closed, thermostatically protected water heating systems with flow temperatures up to 120°C
Not approved in Germany.
In the event of failure of the thermostatic control and limiting devices, the safety valve must blow off the entire heating output of the boiler in the form of hot water and steam. Due to the all-metal design, these safety valves can also be used at high ambient or radiant temperatures.
Safety valves are permanently set and lead-sealed at the factory.
