The GOETZE overflow valve Type 2580: Efficient pressure regulation for cryogenic liquefied technical gases

The GOETZE overflow valve plays a decisive role in the safe and efficient storage of cryogenic liquefied technical gases such as argon, oxygen, nitrogen or carbon dioxide. Specially designed for use in gas storage tanks, the Type 2580 overflow valve ensures a continuous and low-noise pressure reduction, significantly increasing the safety and efficiency of storage systems.

The innovative design of the overflow valve allows it to be set to a pressure that is below the set pressure of the safety valves. This prevents the tank's safety valves from being activated unnecessarily, which can not only lead to loud discharge noises, but also often exceeds the immission guide values of the TA Lärm (Technical Instructions on Noise Abatement). Such noise emissions can be perceived as disturbing in the neighbourhood and even impair sleep.
