Our proven technology combines versatility with material innovation to fulfil a wide range of requirements: The safety valve made of high-quality spheroidal graphite cast iron GGG-40.3 is a cost-effective solution and offers an excellent alternative to corrosion-resistant gunmetal or stainless steel variants. Equipped with a metallic bellows and a metallic-supported elastomer seal, our D/G/H safety valves are specially designed and approved for use in large heating systems within industry and building technology as well as in combined heat and power plants and district heating supplies.

These valves fulfil the strict requirements of the Swiss SWKI and offer an optimal solution for applications that require robust, durable and efficient safety technologies. Thanks to the special design with Elastomere technology, our safety valves offer reliable performance under the demanding conditions of heating systems and contribute to maximising the safety and efficiency of installations.

For safeguarding closed, thermostatically protected water heating systems with flow temperatures up to 120°C for all static heights or nominal outputs above 350 kW according to TRD 721, DIN 4751 and DIN EN 12828.

In the event of failure of the thermostatic control and limiting devices, the safety valve must blow off the entire heating output of the boiler in the form of hot water and steam. 

Safety valves are permanently set and sealed at the factory.
