Safety and efficiency for liquids, gases, steam and more.
Cold. Heat. High pressure. Aggressive liquids, gases and steam – the requirements for safety valves, pressure reducing valves and fittings are as varied as the media they control. The choice of the relevant valve depends crucially on the medium. But what are the special features of the different media?

Liquids: Reliable pressure monitoring
Liquids place specific demands on the valves used, particularly with regard to tightness and pressure resistance.
- Temperatures: -270 °C to +400 °C
- Pressure: 0.2 bar to 70 bar
- Fields of application: Pump protection, pressure increase (water side), sprinkler systems, cooling circuits, storage of cryogenic gases, medical supply, food and pharmaceutical industry, welding technology, cryogenic plant construction
Our valves are optimally sized for liquid media and offer the highest level of safety and precise pressure control – whether in industrial cooling circuits or in highly sensitive medical applications.
Air, gases and vapours – Mastering extreme conditions
Gaseous media require robust and highly precise valves that can withstand extreme temperatures and pressures.
- Temperatures: -270 °C to +400 °C
- Pressure: 0,2 bar to 1500 bar
- Fields of application: Compressors, pressure vessels, pressure increase (airside), silo containers and vehicles, freezing plants, dry ice blasting plants, hydrogen storage and refuelling, electrolysis
GOETZE's wide range of high-performance valves ensures the reliable safety of processes in gas storage and processing – even with highly volatile media such as hydrogen.

Steam – high-pressure solutions for thermal processes
Steam requires pressure and temperature-resistant safety valves that can withstand the special thermal loads.
- Temperatures: +120 °C to +400 °C
- Pressure: 0,5 bar to 70 bar
- Fields of application: steam boilers, steam systems, sterilisers, autoclaves, incinerators
Goetze valves guarantee maximum safety and efficiency for steam systems – whether in industrial process heating or in sterilisation plants.
Hot water – efficient solutions for heating and energy systems
In heating and solar heating systems, valves must be able to reliably withstand high temperatures and optimally regulate pressure.
- Temperatures: up to +120 °C
- Pressure: 0,5 bar to 25 bar
- Fields of application: Heating systems, intrinsically safe solar heating systems, heating and ventilation, combined heat and power units (CHP)
Our valves ensure smooth operation and maximum efficiency in heating and heat generation systems.

Drinking water – the highest safety standards for clean water
The quality assurance of drinking water requires valves that have been specially developed for aseptic conditions.
- Cold water: up to +40 °C | Pressure: 0.5 bar to 10 bar
- Fields of application: Domestic water supply, machines/systems with drinking water connection, drinking water treatment
- Hot water: up to +85 °C / to +95 °C | Pressure: 0,5 bar to 25 bar
- Fields of application: Central drinking water heaters, process water heaters, drinking water storage tanks
Goetze relies on certified materials and the latest technology to ensure the highest safety and durability.
The right valve for every medium
