Our diaphragm safety valve, specially developed for the protection of small and medium-sized intrinsically safe solar heating systems, combines outstanding features for maximum performance and safety. With a tested temperature resistance of up to 160 °C and a 100% metallic construction, it offers robust reliability for your system. It is available with various connections up to 1 inch in size to allow flexible installation.

This valve is component tested to the stringent TÜV standards for closed, intrinsically safe solar heating systems with flow temperatures up to 120 °C. Depending on the connection size selected, it is sized for heating outputs of up to 200 kW, which emphasises its efficiency and adaptability.

As a special version, we present the 651mSK diaphragm safety valve in DN15, with a high-quality stainless steel body and a nickel-plated bonnet. This special configuration guarantees increased corrosion resistance and durability.

For non-intrinsically safe systems and temperatures >120°C, use the safety valves of the 451/851bG or 452/852bGL series.

Safety valves are permanently set and lead-sealed at the factory.
