GOETZE presents the innovative series 4000 safety valve, specially developed for demanding hygienic and clean service applications. This advanced valve series, available in sizes from DN 25 to DN 100, sets new standards in the hygienic process industry.
The centrepiece of this revolutionary development is the unique, cone-shaped diaphragm technology. In contrast to traditional rubber bellows systems, this design enables optimum separation of the wetted area from the spring chamber of the valve. This dead space-free design ensures outstanding cleanability and hygiene, essential for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries.
Every detail of the series 4000 safety valve, from the primary valve cone seal to the body seals, strictly follows the design principles for maximum hygiene and cleanability. This design ensures that all surfaces are not only easy to clean, but also resistant to the cleaning processes commonly used in the Industrial sector.
For extended functionality, the series 4000 safety valve is equipped with a pneumatic piston actuator. This enables precise lifting of the valves, which is crucial for process reliability and efficiency. As an option, GOETZE offers a proximity switch that indicates the opening of the series 4000 safety valve and thus contributes to process control and optimisation.
The series 4000 from GOETZE is not only a solution for hygienic processes, but also an example of technological excellence. It fulfils the highest standards of safety and hygiene, making it the ideal choice for demanding applications in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage and other industries where purity and safety are paramount.
