Goetze safety valve saves 100-year-old steam locomobile

AT THE LAST SECONDAfter a hundred years in service, things suddenly had to move very quickly:

At the last second, the new pressure relief valves for the over 100-year-old steam locomobile "Angelika" was delivered. So the historical device could be used as planned at the sixth Lamspring threshing festival.

The old pressure relief valve on the front of the boiler was so damaged that repair was out of the question, if only because of its age.

A STRONG PERFORMANCEAt the last second

After technical and organisational clarification, we received the order for the component-tested DN 40 angle safety valve made of gunmetal with flange connection on a Wednesday. By means of express production and delivery, the urgently needed pressure relief valves was then on site at the Lamspring monastery yard two days later. A strong performance in our opinion!
