For applications where the highest demands on material and quality are paramount, our safety valves with gunmetal flange connections offer an excellent option for protecting large heating systems. These valves combine robustness and performance with aesthetic design and are therefore predestined for demanding projects.

Our D/G/H valves are equipped with a bellows and metal-backed elastomer seals, which not only guarantee optimum sealing but also ensure the valve's longevity. They meet the demanding requirements of ISO4126 with regard to opening and closing pressure differences and therefore comply with the standards of the Swiss SWKI. These certifications prove the high quality and reliability of our products for use in critical heating infrastructures.

• closed, thermostatically protected water heating systems with flow temperatures up to 120°C for all static heights or nominal outputs above 350 kW according to TRD 721, DIN 4751 and DIN EN 12828.

In the event of failure of the thermostatic control and limiting devices, the safety valve must blow off the entire heating output of the boiler in the form of hot water and steam.
Due to the all-metal design, these safety valves can also be used at high ambient or radiation temperatures.
 
Safety valves are permanently set and lead-sealed at the factory.
