Our diaphragm safety valve, specially developed for the protection of small and medium-sized intrinsically safe solar systems, combines outstanding features for maximum performance and safety. With a tested temperature resistance of up to 160 °C and a 100% metal construction, it offers robust reliability for your system. It is available with various connections up to 1 inch in size to allow for flexible installation.
This valve is component tested to the stringent TÜV standards for closed, intrinsically safe solar heating systems with flow temperatures up to 120 °C. Depending on the selected connection size, it is designed for heating outputs of up to 200 kW, which underlines its efficiency and adaptability.
As a special version, we present the diaphragm safety valve 651mSK in DN15, with a high-quality stainless steel housing and a nickel-plated spring cover. This special configuration guarantees increased corrosion resistance and durability.
- Internal pipe thread
- Intrinsically safe solar thermal systems
- closed, intrinsically safe solar heating systems with water or water mixtures as the heat transfer medium with permissible flow temperatures up to 120°C
Due to the all-metal design, these safety valves can also be used at high ambient or radiation temperatures. All materials suitable for peak temperatures up to 160°C.
- Intrinsically safe solar thermal systems
Due to the full metal design, these safety valves can also be used at high ambient or radiation temperatures. All materials suitable for peak temperatures up to 160°C.
For non-intrinsically safe systems and temperatures >120°C, use the safety valves of the 451/851bG or 452/852bGL series.
Safety valves are permanently set and lead-sealed at the factory.
