The right mixture makes all the difference!

The production of mortar with the help of Goetze

GOETZE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

The right ratio of water to mortar

Mixing pumps, also called plastering machines, are indispensable in the construction industry. They mix dry mortar with water to produce a consistent material quality. The correct ratio of water to mortar is particularly important.

If the water content is too low ...

the mixing / transport of the mortar is not guaranteed and the machine can wear out quickly.

If the water content is too high ...

the mortar cannot be processed as desired and falls off the wall.

Therefore, pressure reducing valves are always used for the water supply in mixing pumps. These pressure reducing valves must have excellent, consistent regulating accuracy in order to be able to regulate the desired amount of water via the pressure at any time.

To the pressure reducing valves

SUCCESSFUL IN USESeries 9000

The Goetze pressure reducing valves 9000 has exactly this feature. Through a sophisticated ratio of spring force, diaphragm area and the use of the Venturi effect, it regulates the water pressure precisely and thus ensures the correct mixing ratio.

Since mixing pumps are usually connected to a construction water supply, protection against particles in the water is at least as important. The integrated filter screen with a mesh size of 160 µm retains particles and thus protects the machine and the pressure reducing valves themselves.

TIME AND COST SAVINGSEasy cleaning

Considerable time and cost savings in operation are also possible thanks to the quick and easy cleaning of the filter screen, without further disassembly or readjustment of the fitting.

GOETZE APPLICATIONIndustry-specific special variants

For applications in this area, GOETZE fittings also offer industry-specific special variants, such as the integrated drain valve for draining the water during the cold season.
