Our diaphragm safety valve is ideal for protecting small and medium-sized, intrinsically safe solar systems. It impresses with a number of outstanding features: Its temperature resistance is tested up to 160 °C, it is made entirely of metal and offers various connection options up to a size of 1 inch.
In accordance with TÜV standards, the valve is specially component-tested for closed, intrinsically safe solar heating systems with flow temperatures of up to 120 °C. Depending on the connection size, it is suitable for a heating output of up to 200 kW, which underlines its adaptability and efficiency for different solar heating system sizes.
- Intrinsically safe solar thermal systems
- closed, intrinsically safe solar heating systems with water or water mixtures as heat transfer medium with permissible flow temperatures up to 120°C.
Due to the all-metal design, these safety valves can also be used at high ambient or radiation temperatures.
temperatures. All materials suitable for peak temperatures up to 160°C.
- Intrinsically safe solar thermal systems
For non-intrinsically safe systems and temperatures >120°C, use the safety valves of the 451/851bG or 452/852bGL series.
Safety valves are permanently set and sealed at the factory.
